Common questions

• The app can't find my location. Check that Location Services is enabled for MCV Wayfinder in your device's Settings, then reopen the app. You can also browse resources by distance without sharing your location.
• A phone number or address is wrong. Every resource shows a verification status and date — please use the form below so the coordinator can correct it.
• I'm a volunteer and can't sign in. Volunteer accounts are created by your outreach coordinator. Use the form below, or contact them directly, to get access or reset your password.
